Scope: BIM-Fire protection layout
The project lies within the O2 (formerly known as the Millennium dome) on the Greenwich Peninsula and when complete, it will give a unique 360-degree walkthrough experience within the dome.
We at ODE were entrusted with working on BIM layouts of the sprinkler system. The challenge in the modelling work was to accommodate service runs in the characteristic dome-like structure avoiding the other services already designed.

Lusail is a planned city in Qatar, located about 23 km north of the city centre of Doha, It is planned to have marinas, residential areas, island resorts, commercial districts, luxury shopping and leisure facilities, and a golf course community, man-made islands and several entertainment districts.
We at ODE carried out the BIM work for the shopping centre being planned in a residential neighbourhood.

Scope: BIM-Building Services
This revitalized eight-story building comprises of premium office space. Additionally, the mixed-use building includes six luxury flats and units for either retail or restaurant use, expertly finished.
ODE carried out the BIM work for all services and provided design support selected the pumps, HRUs, fans based on performance parameters and used the manufacturer family of particular models.
