At ODE Consultants, we provide specialized Architectural and Structural BIM Services using the Revit platform to optimize structural designs and ensure efficient project delivery. Our experienced team of over 20 BIM Engineers has successfully completed numerous projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, transforming schematic designs into detailed, data-rich BIM models. Our services include high-detail BIM models for on-site component production, shop drawings for architectural and structural elements, and adherence to international building regulations. OUR BIM SERVICES
ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION AND SHOP DRAWINGS
We support steel fabricators, contractors, and structural design firms in extracting Structural Shop Drawings from a fully developed Structural BIM Model. We have quality controls in place to guarantee that our designs are accurate, error-free, and compliant with international regulations and standards.

3D MODELING- ARCHITECTURAL, LANDSCAPE AND STRUCTURAL
We have worked on structural 3D modeling projects with varying levels of complexity ranging from LOD 100 to LOD 500. These structural models may be used to extract a variety of important data, including quantities, shop drawings, part drawings, etc.

QUANTITY AND FABRICATION
We create data-rich BIM models that can be used to extract specifics such as quantities, schedules, and other information from the model, which is useful for procurement of materials, planning, budgeting construction expenditures, etc.

REBAR- RC DETAILING
We use Revit and RebarCAD 3D to create reinforcement bar (rebar) details. This allows us to have confidence in accurately extracting quantities as the steel modeling is done in 3D, and the quantities are obtained directly from the software. The engineers benefit from enhanced documentation that enables them to review the bars in 3D and approve the actual quantities with greater accuracy.
