3D MODELING - ARCHITECTURAL, LANDSCAPE AND STRUCTURAL
We have worked on structural 3D modeling projects with varying levels of complexity ranging from LOD 100 to LOD 500. These structural models may be used to extract a variety of important data, including quantities, shop drawings, part drawings, etc.
QUANTITY AND FABRICATION
We create data-rich BIM models that can be used to extract specifics such as quantities, schedules, and other information from the model, which is useful for procurement of materials, planning, budgeting construction expenditures, etc.
REBAR- RC DETAILING
We create rebar detailing using Revit and RebarCAD 3D. All reinforcement is modeled in 3D for better accuracy. This ensures precise quantity extraction.
Engineers can review and approve designs with confidence.
