This hotel lies within a quick walk of the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Macy's, and Madison Square Park. The facility consists of 27 story building, 2 meeting rooms, a signature restaurant and a 24-hour fitness center.
We at Ode consultants did the complete BIM work for the services and the plantroom, shafts, layouts. BIM was developed from concept to detailed design stage from single line sketches.
Al Wakra Hotel

This is a medium sized hotel in Al Wakrah, the capital city of the Al Wakrah Municipality in Qatar. The building comprises of a G+4 structure. The facility comprises o Guest roos, restaurant, gym, a multipurpose hall and meeting rooms.
At ODE we were provided with CAD layouts of all services. These were modelled and once a clash free version was achieved, we generated fully coordinated services drawings.
