Sabah Al Salem Kuwait University, Six Department Buildings, Kuwait

Located in Sabah-Al-Salem University City this is one of the largest education city in the world.
ODE carried out BIM work for six colleges within this campus. Each building comprised of G+5 structure and a roof where all AHUs were located. All riser layouts for services was carried out in BIM.

The Northern Ireland Advanced Composites and Engineering Centre (NIACE) is a 3,700 m² 3-storey purpose-built facility.The centre comprises a collaborative office environment, a composites research laboratory, materials analysis laboratories, meeting rooms, lecture theatres, and a sophisticated comms room to link the facility to other similar organisations worldwide.es
ODE carried out BIM work for all services comprising the distribution to areas, AHU and plant room space layouts.
Oxford Brookes University

The Clerici redevelopment project of Oxford Brookes University was a part of £220 million investment to further improve its campuses. This project comprised thirty new teaching rooms, a collaborative lecture theatre, social learning spaces and the Sir Kenneth Wheare Hall - a flexible and dynamic space for teaching and events.
ODE carried out BIM work from technical design to construction stage for the building services contractor. Many design elements were changed and the BIM work was carried out to precision by removing existing clashes, rerouting and resizing of services wherever ceiling space was a constraint.
Marjory Kinnon, Special Education Needs School

Marjory Kinnon School is a popular all age special school for children aged 4-16 years The school located in Feltham close to Heathrow Airport, is a 2-storey build with over 9,500m² of teaching space and caters for 288 pupils.
ODE carried out BIM work for all electrical services like Lighting, Small power, Containment, Fire alarm, Security, Clock services, Intruder prevention system, Panel schedules and circuiting.
Gresham, Special Education Needs School

Scope: BIM- Electrical Services
The Gresham school is a 3-story build with a floor area of 8,500m² and caters to 224 pupils with severe and multiple learning difficulties.
ODE carried out BIM work for all electrical services like lighting, small power, containment, fire alarm, Security, Clock services, Intruder prevention system, Panel schedules, and circuiting.

Galleria and Dave Wood Elementary School comprise a new $28.5 million campus consisting of 53 classrooms spread over two classroom buildings, one administration block, and a multi-purpose building for physical education, cafeteria, band, orchestra, and the arts to serve up to 850 students.
ODE carried out BIM work for all services, AHU, and plant room space layouts. The work consisted of soft design support as there were substantial changes in layout. The work was done collaboratively with the Building services designers.
Hujjat Primary School

Hujjat Primary school, Harrow's first Muslim faith free school is located in an impressive 1930s building in Brookshill Harrow Weald, which was a former grammar school. The project involved comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade to the building, to enable its character to be retained, while delivering state-of-the-art facilities.
ODE carried out BIM work for all MEP services and COBIE documentation. This included the floor layouts, plant rooms and schematics.
Wren School

The main school building comprises a central atrium 62 classrooms, an assembly hall, drama and dance studios, office space, and an inclusion suite named ‘The Wren’s Nest
At ODE, we provided the BIM services for all building services during the schematic design stage. The work comprised of identifying adequacy of spaces for service routings, plant rooms, and riser requirements.

The Project consists of the K-5 facility on a 10-acre lot and caters to 720 students. The facility consists of one 1 story and one 2 story building in all comprising of 46 classrooms.
