We delivered comprehensive BIM services across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Our team modeled all existing conditions and used phased modeling to clearly define demolition and new ASMEP elements, ensuring better visualization and project clarity. The building, once the headquarters of the London Metropolitan Police, has been successfully transformed into a luxury hotel under Hyatt’s The Unbound Collection.
